Last time on our paid survey review, will discussed a U.S. based reward survey site Zoom Panel. Today, we will focus on another U.S. based reward survey site, the Keynote Research.
Keynote Research is the leading provider of Customer Experience Management products and services. Their flagship product, the Keynote XMS Suite™, is a collection of hosted software applications, research and customer panels that enable the customer-driven enterprise to capture and interpret the behavior, thoughts and attitudes of their customers on the Web, surfacing key customer insights.
I have only heard positive reviews on Keynote Research. Once you have signed up you wait for emails to get sent to your inbox inviting you to evaluate a site. The invitations are always related to your interests and have limited spots. To ensure you get a place in the research make sure you respond quickly as spots fill up fast. Your job is to help reshape the web experience for everyone through feedback on websites. You are prompted to complete certain tasks and respond to a series of questions on the certain site, which usually takes 30‐45minutes. Once completed, your reward is sent out in an email within 3 business days. This reward is generally in the form of an Amazon gift voucher code.
Their customers experience evaluation methodology sends actual or target customers to any website and then collects qualitative, quantitative and behavioral data as users pursue actual tasks in a natural environment, such as their own homes or offices. A typical evaluation includes a sample of 200 to 800 users, consisting of either a client’s actual customers or target members of the 160,000-person Keynote Research panel.
Keynote Research was founded in late 1998 and is backed by venture capitalists Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Sequoia Capital, Partech International and Accenture Technology Ventures. Their management team includes executives from Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and Portal Software. More than 200 customers, including Best Buy, Cisco Systems, Citibank, Compaq, Dell, eBay, Microsoft, Pfizer, SAP, Wells Fargo and more than 100 of the Fortune 1000 use Keynote.
